Es handelt sich hier um Schnürstiefel (commando boots). Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob "Schnür- und Hakenverschluss" aussreiechend ist? Ich denke die Stiefel werden bis fast oben geschnürt und haben dann oben noch ein paar Haken, über / durch die der Schnürsenkel gekreuzt wird.
