It will create a master job to which 'legs' required to complete the job are attached.The customer can be invoiced via the master job, hiding the 'legs' carried out by the haulier, or via the individual legs to show the complete picture. Both ways provide the ability to split the overall revenue between the depots and vehicles that carried out the job & Auto-legging This module works in conjunction with the trunking module. Auto-legging converts normal jobs to multi-leg trunk jobs. Using a series of area look-ups and service descriptions, routing profiles are set up with standard intermediate legs but the collection and delivery points are unique. Revenue is split between legs and standard charges (e.g. ferry charges)can be added as subcontractor costs & Vehicle Manifesting/Groupage A growing number of our customers require the Traffic System to cater for Groupage type operations, the result of this work is the Vehicle Manifesting System. It is fully integrated with the Roadrunner Traffic Management System and gives the user the ability to select jobs via grid references and assign them to a manifest. Initially a manifest does not have to contain a vehicle, each area's work can be built up as manifests throughout the day, then broken down amongst vehicles performing the work. A manifest for each vehicle/area can be printed at any time, including a Trailer loading sheet if required.
