I was looking for the same term recently and found that the GErman post office, among others, uses the English as above for their service - i.e. "Unser Track & Trace Service..."
I don't know whether this is suitable for your context, but you can check it out on the Deutsche Bundespost website.

following the footsteps of the Dt. Bundespost--the second part used to be called "Nachforschung," but I guess
it is no longer in use.
