Ευχαριστώ πολύ σε όλους. Το τυπογραφικό offset ήταν αυτό που με είχε μπερδέψει κι εμένα.

Όχι. Η μέθοδος της εκτύπωσης ονομάστηκε έτσι από την εξής σκέψη: Off-set, the set-off of ink from one sheet to another of printed work whilst wet. (1888) The offset process—that is, working first on the blanket and offsetting from this on to the paper fed into the machine—is as the usual method. (1906)

Stylistics στο κείμενο εγχειριδίου; Εδώ μού φάνηκε πολυτέλεια που εξηγεί το offset με jogged! :)

Σε αυτό αναφέρθηκα. Δεν είναι πολλά τα offset σε δύο γραμμές; Είπαμε ότι ένα εγχειρίδιο πρέπει να είναι αναλυτικό, αλλά δεν το παράκανε; Ομοίως και το output...

Δεν την μπορώ την "έξοδο" εδώ. Μου αρκεί η "εκτύπωση", αφού δεν λέμε "εκτύπωμα" για το αποτέλεσμα της εκτύπωσης. Αλλά τα αγγλικά καλά μού φαίνονται.
