English term

RSJ

Homework / test English to Greek Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering steel beam used in building
This term in English is an abbreviation for a Reinforced Steel Joist and denotes a large metal super strong lintel that builders use when removing a supporting wall/chimney breast, to ensure that the building remains standing. If you took down a supporting wall in your home and did not insert the correct rsj, it would soon just be a pile of rubble.
