The COMPANY shall be liable for all losses or damage arising in respect of any machines, devices or other items of equipment that have been provided by CONTRACTOR and that are required by CONTRACTOR in order to fulfil his duties as defined in this agreement, provided such losses or damage occur during the absence of CONTRACTOR’S operators and maintenance staff from the operating or parking zones.
