Explanation:
Ανάλογα με το περιεχόμενο του κειμένου που προηγείται: Αν ο κάτοχος της μετοχής την κρατά ως εγγυητική τότε ταιριάζει ο όρος "κατάπτωση". Σε όλες τις άλλες περιπτώσεις, ταιριάζει το "κατάσχεση".
