English term or phrase: "Public Service Interpreting" and "Community Interpreting"

The term "public service interpreting" refers to interpreting carried out in hospitals, immigration authorities, police stations, courts and other public institutions. It is an established term in English but I cannot find the Greek term - does it exist??

As for "community interpreting", I am only guessing that the term refers to immigrant communities, but I may be wrong.
