Term= όρος OR διάρκεια???
The HIDDEN meaning of 'Term', in this instance is made clear in the folow-on
which says
*such compensation shall be deducted from the notice term or compensation*....
'deducted from the notice term.....' meaning, by my understanding, that if the 'term of Notice ' is worked ONLY partially or NONE at all', then the PRO RATA VALUE of that NON-worked time, would be DEDUCTED from the final compensation. One cannot 'deduct' a ''condition=όρος, but one can deduct the value of the LENGTH of time not worked. So, I chose *ΔΙΑΡΚΕΙΑ...*
