I am translating part of a contract for the installation of wind turbine generators and I am stuck on this sentence:

"provided that title in any WTG Main Component shall pass upon payment on a pro rata WTG Main Component basis for the so delivered relevant WTG Main Component".

The paragraph reads as follows:

"Title to the WTG Main Components and any other WTG Equipment delivered as well as to the Work performed shall remain with CONTRACTOR until delivery of the relevant WTG Component(s) and/or WTG Equipment to the Port of Destination or Ex Works (INCOTERMS 2010) CONTRACTOR'S Greek tower supplier as the case may be, and payment of all milestone payments payable until and including delivery to Port of Destination or; as the case may be, with regards to towers Ex Works tower supplier respectively, to CONTRACTOR'S bank account, at which time title shall· pass to EMPLOYER, provided that title in any WTG Main Component shall pass upon payment on a pro rata WTG Main Component basis for the so delivered relevant WTG Main Component".
