Μπορούμε να πούμε ψηλό γυριστό κολάρο/γιακάς, αλλά ο όρθιος γιακάς δεν είναι υποχρεωτικά ψηλός και ο διπλός σημαίνει συνήθως δύο γιακάδες, ο ένας πάνω στον άλλο ή μέσα από τον άλλο.
