Could I use פירוק החברה here or would another term be more appropriate?

Explanation:
In MAOT dictionary the definition support Gad suggestion הפרדה but it to general it says spin-of is synonym and spin-off is פיצול.
a document of Bank of Israel say it's צמצום

But you can see in CPA firm that פיצול is the more common word.
