English term or phrase: dashlet
A dashboard is a way to display useful reports on a centralized page. The Dashboard is
composed of one, two or three columns, each column containing a set of panels. These panels are called
***dashlets*** and each one of them displays a report or a URL. These ***dashlets*** are selected according to the requirements of the user. Different users may choose to view different ***dashlets*** on their dashboards.

רכיב מחוון
Explanation:
or פאנל מחוון
or מחוונון to be original
(like applet is יישומון)

I changed my answer, as I saw that the dashlet is not the coolumn, but a panel of one single report:

This is a definite new one in Hebrew (and in English too, for that matter).

It is yet to find its place even in the quick updating glossaries of Microsoft and Google.

I think רכיב would be best, but you can also use פאנל.

I wouldn't use ""לוח for this "panel", because that's already reserved for the containing Dashboard (לוח מחוונים)
and not ""לוחית either (too close in stem).

Note that this is the same as a Web part http://milon.g.co.il/targum/web part in essence.
It's simply a Webpart for gauges and reports - a Webpart for Dashboards.

This is not much help in trying to "Hebraize" it, because "Web part" has no common/accepted translation - It is left as Webpart / Web part throughout Hebrew usage (as far as I know).

Explanation:
לא חושב שזה תרגום רשמי. כנראה שהמושג באנגלית בעצמו עדיין טרי

מחוונון

Explanation:
I agree with Ron's suggestion, but because this term is yet to be defined in Hebrew, I also suggest מחוונון for a small and somewhat adjustable מחוון (you can add it to a view of dashlets, and for some dashlets you can choose what to display).

לוחון

Explanation:

I kind of like מחוונון but I doubt it will catch on...
The first link is a short clip showing use of dashlets which I found in the second link which has a good explanation.
