English to Hebrew translations [PRO]

English term or phrase: Tongue & groove
Hi,
I know the 'Academy' term for it:
חריץ ושגם
but suspect there's a more common term used by builders/carpenters.
This is a system of joining insulation boards to each other by the tongue & groove method.
