Having no context at all and as you say these are three words, are you asking about 'Surface to Air Missile'? this would be טיל קרקע-אוויר in Hebrew. However, there are 82 other suggestions for the SAM abbreviation in http://www.abbreviationz.com/bs.asp?st=sam&CRAWL=1&SE=1, so it would be nice to know more about what you mean...
If you just want to write 'SAM' in Hebrew letters, it would be סם (samech, final mem). There is no other letter in between, only a vowel sound that is not explicitely written in most texts.

agree  Eynat: The A is not 'silent'. And I am sure it's possible to find someone to translate 3 words (??? - 3 letters?) for a lot less than $ 56 (why 56, davka?).
