I'm looking for the exact translation of this term into Hebrew.

It means that a sales rep. can sell additional products or services to the customer (such as an upgrade), beyond the initial reason for the call.

As far as I know this doesn't have an official term in Hebrew, marketing people just use the term upsell.

I usually translate it as מכירה נלווית or שדרוג מכירה or some kind of combination of the two, depending on the actual upsell effort (whether it is adding products or upgrade the current ones).
הרחבת מכירה could also work.
