אם הלקוח לא ממש כתב המלצה, ייתכן ששימוש ב"ממליץ" לא יהיה הולם. אולי אפשר להשתמש ב"רשימת לקוחות", "לקוחות מרוצים", "לקוחות לדוגמה" וכן הלאה בשביל לתאר את העניין.
