agree  Ron Armon: That's it. See: www.cfo-forum.org/_Uploads/dbsAttachedFiles/oded.pdf (p.13,14). Also: Since the principle is עיקרון ההפרדה (See supreme court: http://elyon1.court.gov.il/files/97/150/017/a15/97017150.a15... art. 65) - the clause should be סעיף הפרדה

Explanation:

disagree  Ron Armon: Occam's razor... If 'severability clause' can also be stated as 'סעיף הפרדה' (www.cfo-forum.org/_Uploads/dbsAttachedFiles/oded.pdf - p.13,14) - why add עיקרון?

-> You are right. Severability is a principle = עיקרון ההפרדה. Severability clause does not need to repeat this definition, and it is therefore סעיף ההפרדה as mentioned in the ref. I put forth. Thank you!

Explanation:

neutral  Ron Armon: Absolutely correct, but a bit explanatory and excessive (not adding much to Shai's 'סעיף הפרדה'). I'd use סעיף הפרדה and add 'severability' in brackets. Even the supreme court does so (http://elyon1.court.gov.il/files/97/150/017/a15/97017150.a15... - 65)
