English term or phrase: calls and assessments
Context: "The company shall be entitled to hold liable for calls and assessments the person registered on its books as the owner of shares"

From what I can gather it means the the company may demand payment / fees from the shareholder, but I don't understand it enough to try and find an appropriate term in Hebrew.

החברה הנפיקה מניות שלא נפרעו במלואן (המקבלים לא שילמו את ערכן המלא או ערכן המלא טרם נקבע). עכשיו נקבע הערך והוא גבוה ממה שסברו תחילה. אז בעל המניות הרשום יהיה זה שייתבע לשלם את ההפרש
