תצהיר Explanation: קישורים מצורפים. תצהיר הנו מסמך כתוב המשמש עדות בכתב של מוסר התצהיר (המצהיר), והוא שקול לעדות בעל-פה בבית המשפט על כל הכרוך בה (אסור למסור תצהיר שקרי, ניתן לזמן לעדות בבית המשפט את המצהיר וכו'). תצהיר שבכתב כראיה בדין 15.
