מעטפת המרחשת Explanation: המונח הלטיני הוא acetabulum ובכמה אתרים כולל, מילון מונחי רפואה של האקדמיה מתורגם מרחשת. ראה גם ויקיפדיה תחת "אגן" Reference: http://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/ |

המעטפת האצטבולארית Explanation: or המרכיב האצטבולארי בשתל From your context I gather you need this for a Hip-replacement procedure. It's a part of the implant - the concave part of it. Since it's a procedure - perhaps the "Latin" vesion is more widely used than the Hebrew one that Amnon suggested. I propose you look at this source again: http://www.mifrakim.co.il/thigh/?aid=4ecda3394ade2faad0ccd6f... It offers המעטפת האצטבולארית this may also help: מעטפת האצטבולום http://fizi.co.il/page57.html -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2008-12-12 14:31:29 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- BTW - What I meant above was that "since it's a [Medical-professional] procedure - perhaps the Latin..." etc. Amnon is undoubtly right about "מרחשת" and perhaps we SHOULD try to be the guardians of professional Hebrew. I only guess that (unfortunately) terms like "גומץ","כסל" and "מרחשת" are less known to the PHD target audience. (and for laymen audiences - may also seem less "professional"...) |
