Notes to answerer
Asker: Billie Myers the song writer, is actually a girl, so i'm assuming this is meant for a boy. does this change the translation?

neutral  Charlila: your link is broken - without context you can't twll the gender or the tense... one possibility is נושק\ת לגשם" - נושק\ת "noshek\nosheket means not only kis (male\female,) but also "lightly touch".

neutral  Eynati: That would hardly be the way to transliterate it. Just write it the way you say it: La-ga'at kalot ba-geshem.

disagree  Charlila: your transliteration is - ah - fictional. it is "laga'a^at" (a^" is the deep-throught consonant close to "a") and "kalot", not "kalut" (you can say "bekalut" בְּקַלוּת and - bageshem, no h.
