Syntactically, the above suggestion is the wrong way round. Kakhol Haway would be a translation for Hawaiian Blue, i.e. the colour blue qualified by the characteristic of being Hawaiian. In Hebrew, adjectives and other qualifiers always follow the noun they are qualifying (this is one of the relatively few examples where word-order is rigid in Hebrew).
Whether Hawaiian here is an inhabitant of the Islands of Hawaii or a drink, the kakhol/blue should follow the Hawayi/Hawaiian.
