shirsh =top or high
So maybe shirshabharan for upload and antahbharan for downlaod
but the basic thing is you are sending a file to server that is upload and getting a file from server that is download. If we go strictly by translatation it should be shirshbaran for upload and antahbharan for download and i think instead of bharan ropan would be much better as it means implant,.So perphs sirsharopan and antahropan
