A double blind randomized study is a study in which neither the patients nor the doctors know which medicine is being given to the patients in a clinical trial. Randomized means the patients are allotted a particular group for receiving the medicine by chance, like flipping a coin. बेतरतीब चयन वाले क्लीनिकल परीक्षणों में प्रतिभागियों (सब्जेक्ट्स) की पात्रता और भर्ती प्रक्रिया पूरी हो जाने के बाद उन्हें दो या अधिक समूहों में बेतरतीब चयन द्वारा रखा जाता है (जैसे सिक्का उछालकर फैसला करते हैं)। अतः अध्ययन बेतरतीब नहीं होता बल्कि सब्जेक्ट्स को किसी समूह विशेष में रखने के लिए किया जाने वाला चयन बेतरतीब होता है।

This is very common phrase in Informed Consent Document. Double blind means Doctor/Staff and patient/subject both are unaware of the drug being tested.
My senior fellows used right term but in my view दोहरा गोपनीय is more suitable.
