Apparently a Hindi translation of a related questionnaire does exist.
Does anyone have an idea how to access the same?

Explanation:

Explanation:
Apparently we have to go for transliteration. I am pasting below some information from www:
"I never used the term fibromyalgia, because the anatomy and pathology of the disease had never been described accurately and the name reflected a symptom complex, only.
Based on thesecommonalities, Okifuji and colleagues concluded that excess weight and obesity may well play a role in fibromyalgia and related dysfunction.
I agree with the NYTimes article that fibromyalgia is in many ways a poorly defined condition.
The drug also is approved to treat a painful condition called fibromyalgia, diabetic nerve pain and pain after shingles."

Explanation:
I have translated the description from the link:
Fibromyalgia (FM) is a disorder with chronic widespread musculoskeletal pain for which no alternative cause can be identified. You may use the transliteration in brackets.

It seems to be a new disease. In the classical Hindi glossaries, this term is absent.

Even बिना किसी कारण के जीर्ण अस्थिपेशिय पीड़ा should be okay.
