I need the translation of these two terms from English into Hindi, or original Hindi terms: Three Stage Breathing, Two Stage Breathing. These will be name of chapters in the book about health and healthy breathing.

1.
Three Stage Breathing:

This is a pranayama, breathing technique. First stage is to breath into the abdominal area, second stage to breath into the upper chest, third stage into the shoulders area.

2.
Two Stage breathing: filling up the whole area of lungs 80%, then 20% collar bones and shoulder area.

One of these translations should be something like Dheerga Svasa, but not sure.

Explanation:
two stage breathing- in this practice of yoga, taking breathe deeply and making it out completely , where in the process of taking in, is work from abdominal and making out is work from upper area of body.

three stage breathing- in this process taking deep breathing in and hold for while as much as can and then released it from deep completely. In the process of holding the air is to make it fill in all body parts apart form chest abdomen and more on.
