मैने...हमेशा की तरह, संदर्भ को अधिक महत्व दिया है न कि शब्द के वास्तविक अर्थ को। क्योंकि संदर्भ के अनुसार...दो स्थितियां बनती हैं-1. आरंभिक नैदानिक परीक्षण और 2. 'इनीशियेट' नैदानिक परीक्षण...बस इतना ही।

Ashutosh, I think you are confusing initial with initiate. आरंभिक means initial, not initiate/initiated. Initiate means to begin, to set the ball rolling, to start something. In Hindi we have a term श्रीगणेश करना, which comes close to this. So I don't think आरंभिक is the correct term for initiated.

आप अपने क्लाएंट से बात करके तय करें कि INITIATE clinical trial में INITIATE परीक्षण का नाम तो नहीं है। अगर नहीं है तो 'आरंभिक' लें अन्यथा अपने क्लाएंट के अनुसार चलें....भुगतान उसे ही करना है... :)

हां, आशुतोष भाई, इस दवा के बारे में पहले मैंने पढ़ लिया था। उसके बाद ही उत्तर दिया है। यह पता करने के बाद कि "chronic obstructive pulmonary disease" वाले लोगों में कुछ में इंसुलिन थैरेपी की आवश्यकता हो सकती है। शायद इनीशिएट उस बारे में हो। शायद ... इसलिए आत्मविश्वास का स्तर 3 ही रखा है :) ..... आप copd insulin कीवर्ड्स डालकर गूगलिंग करेंगे तो शुरुआत में ही संबंधित सामग्री मिल जाएगी। .... एक बात यह भी कि इनीशिएट यहां पर किसी परीक्षण का नाम ही लगता है।

Lalit Bhai, as per link given by Bala,
Indacaterol is licensed only for the treatment of "chronic obstructive pulmonary disease". So I don't think it is related to Insulin. Please look at the following link-

As Ashutosh has pointed out, it could also be the name of the clinical study, especially since it is given in all caps. May be internal references in the documents can verify this. If it is the name of the study, you can leave it just transliterated as - इनीशिएट.
