English term or phrase: natural translation of the phrase - "if any"
Sometimes, I am just at a loss to translate "if any" in Hindi in a natural and appropriate manner in the sentences like these:

What, IF ANY, are the side effects of medicines that might be expected.

Could you please suggest a practical way out of translating the above phrase in a manner which sounds quite natural in Hindi and is absolutely free from the shadow of its English counterpart?

Thanks in anticipation

Thanks for your valuable help. It is a typical expression, which is quite natural in English but often jeopardizes the natural flow if not translated properly in Hindi. Your suggestion sounds appropriate as it ensures the smooth flow which is one of the main hallmarks of Hindi translations.

My sincere thanks to other colleagues as well.

natural translation of the phrase -
Ugur Kuuchh

Explanation:
Something that sounds originally drafted in Hindi, for 'if any' ? Then you have a choice from amongst two options - 'Ugur Kuuchh' अगर कुछ, and 'Ugur Koyee' अगर कोई.

Hth.

After the \'Ugur Kuucch\' / \'Ugur Koyee\', one might add - \'Hai Toa\'- है तो.
अगर कुछ है तो / अगर कोई है तो.

This is a quite naturally used phrase in offialese.
