Igen, ahogyan gondoltad, a count down értelemben áll itt a "count", de itt előrefelé számol a beállított időpontra.
Most kéne egy jó magyar kifejezés erre, de én nem tudok jobbat a fentinél.

agree  kyanzes: angolban a "számolás" (konkrétabban talán "számolat" de a lényeg szerintem, hogy főnév) formát választották, amely nyilván bármely irányú lehet. Tetszőlegesen választani kell egy jól hangzó szinonimát.
