Explanation:
A "puncture valve" olyan funkciójú szelep a leírások alapján, amit a kérdező feltételezett. Akkor használják, amikor például egy nyomás alatt lévő gázt tartalmazó palack tartalmát át akarják máshová tölteni. A szelepet beszúrják a fedélbe, a tű a nyomás hatására visszahúzódik, szabaddá téve a gáz átáramlását a kívánt helyre.
"Puncture valve"-re csak kevés találat van (106), úgy tűnik ugyanerre inkább a piercing valve kifejezést használják.
A második dokumentumban szereplő szúrószelep az angol eredetiben piercing valve néven szerepel.

neutral  Balázs Sudár: Pneumatikus rendszereknél több helyen is megtalálod "puncture valve" néven. Elképzelhető az is, hogy szúrószelepekhez is használják az elnevezést, de az adott környezetben ez kevésbé tűnik valószínűnek.

  -> Igen, mint említettem pontosan 106 előfordulás van, amik közül jópárat megnéztem, és mindegyiknél úgy működött, hogy működtetéskor átszúrt valamilyen hártyát, dobozfalat stb. Neve alapján ítélve ez sem működhet másképp.
