English term or phrase:cadre vs non-cadre employees
Employee representation and involvement in decision making and the high level of social protection reinforces a humanistic system. The power/distance relationship is very low and a very practical example of this is seeing how often a Scandinavian CEO would be very present and accessible to workers on the shop floor. In France by contrast this is much rarer where the power at the top of organization is very distant from day to day operational issues and there is a distinct, rigid divide between cadre (literally management) and non-cadre.
Ez a szöveg nem a lefordítandó (a neten találtam),csak a kontextus miatt idéztem, ugyanis tökéletesen passzol az én szövegem környezetéhez (az enyémet azért nem írtam le, mert mindössze egy tréning lehetséges résztvevői között vannak megemlítve).
Nyilvánvaló, hogy hierarchikus különbség van közöttük, de milyen? Szakképzettségbeli?
Másfelől gondoltam arra, hogy lehetne ez bizonyos szinten a white-collar/blue-collar szinonimája, de ez utóbbi esetben korántsem biztos, hogy egy white-collar magasabb képzettséggel rendelkezik, mint egy blue-collar.
Örülnék, ha valaki el tudná magyarázni ezt nekem, mármint a cadre/non-cadre "jelenséget".
Nem az�rt nem pontoztam, mert t�ves v�laszokat kaptam, rem�lem, ezt minden �rintett tudja. Ezzel egy�tt rangsor fel�ll�t�s�ra k�ptelen voltam. Mindenkinek h�l�san k�sz�n�m a seg�ts�get!

Tekintve, hogy egy belga c�g anyag�t ford�tom, nagy a val�sz�n�s�ge annak, hogy a "cadre" �rtelm�nek francia megk�zel�t�s�t haszn�lt�k. Juvera, k�sz�n�m a tippet, tov�bb�tottam a k�rd�st a franci�s szekci�nak is. Ett�l f�ggetlen�l itt sem kell lez�rni az igazs�g keres�s�t, ak�r ide�t, ak�r oda�t van:)
Bocs, csak a fentit olvastam, nem l�ttam, hogy te vagy a k�rd�s szerz�je. :-) De akkor is, a franci�s magyarok illet�kesebbek. Nem sz�m�t, hogy mi mit kaparunk ki az angol oldalakon, az f�lre�rt�sekhez vezethet.
Szinte azt mondan�m, ez teljesen "term�szetes". Term�szetes, hogy egy Igazgat�s�gi tagnak vagy a Managing Board m�s s�llyal esik latba a szavazata, mint egy HR oszt�lyvezet�nek p�ld�nak ok��rt. A nem-vezet�kkel szembeni "kiv�lts�gok" pedig
Tam�snak igaza van. Ez egy francia munkav�llal�si disztinkci�, �s legegyszer�bb lenne, ha megk�rdezn�d a francia-magyar oldalon, ahol sokkal kimer�t�bb/pontosabb v�laszt kaphatsz. Az angol is csak ford�t�s, magyar�z�sa a francia rendzsernek.

Igen �m, J�zsef, de a franci�k egy kicsit m�sk�pp �rtelmezik a 'cadre' sz�t, mint pl. Te vagy �n vagy egy angol ember. Figyeld csak:
Do you kow what a " cadre " is ? All the French use this concept which has no real equivalent outside France. It means " professional " but, in France, it is valuable a status (that you keep forever) which entitles you to have access to special benefits (specific pension systems), to vote in a different voting group for employees structures (like the Comit� d'Entreprise), etc... It is much better to be hired as a "cadre" than as a "non-cadre" even with a higher salary. Check it carefully if you are hired in France. (http://www.understandfrance.org/Paris/WorkingParis.html)
