"Increasing NIH Clinical Fellows’ Annual Leave Accrual Rate

· Pursuant to the Federal Workforce Flexibility Act, a newly appointed or reappointed employee may receive credit for prior non-Federal service to increase his/her annual leave accrual rate

· Clinical fellows typically possess 3 years post graduate work in the medical field prior to joining NIH. Credit for at least 3 years of prior work experience would result in an increase in fellows’ annual leave accrual rate from 4 to 6 hours per pay period, i.e., a 50% increase


Az éves szabadság mértéke Magyarországon is a szolgálatban eltöltött idő arányában emelkedik. Itt arról lehet szó, hogy korábbi szolgálati évek beszámítása/elfogadása esetén ezen évek arányában emelkedik az éves szabadság mértéke, amit a beszámítás elfogadása esetén jóváírnak. Erre külön procedúra van, a korábbi, vagy más államban letöltött szolgálati éveket nyilván bizonyítani kell, a jóváírást csak akkor kaphatja meg az illető.
