userdeleted UserDeleted [felhasználó által törölt adat] Explanation: Normally I don't try to respond to queries without any context, but here I make an exception, because I learnt about this in programming class. UserDeleted is a command prompt and the way it is written will prompt the system to store the information in a specific file. Here are two practical applications: one is with credit card records. When you make online purchases you provide your credit card information to the system like in Amazon.com. Later on you change your payment preference or you lose the credit card and get a new one, and of course you don't want to have the first previously provided credit card information accessible or used by the system. When you input your new credit card information by overwriting the displayed (even if partially xxxx-ed) older credit card number the system will automatically tag the old credit card number with the tag UserDeleted, which will send the old information to a special storage area, tagging it with time stamp too. This special storage area will be accessible only to specifically designated security personnel or law enforcement. It is necessary for the company to keep this information for some legally regulated time, because you may have a legal or quality issue with an earlier purchase where you used the currently replaced credit card. Another application is in Wikipedia, where no user, contributor or editor can delete earlier entries, but the edit function by a registered editor may send the previous information to the next system administration level for determining the storage place. When the newly edited text or picture is submitted and approved, the old information will be tagged as UserDeleted and will go to a special storage location accessible by authorized personnel. It is also possible to chain these command prompts like UserCredentialExpireChange which is again the subgroup designation of the future data storage place. This command prompt is generally linked to a calendar app providing adequate warning to the company and sometimes to the customer that certain credential will expire and to request an update. Once the expiration has been changed by the customer the system will store the old data in a special file that contains only changes due to expiration of the former information. In the process of the translation I would repeat the prompt in the source language and put its translation in square brackets after the source language format only at the first occurrence. For each additional occurrence I would use only the source language prompt. Here for example UserCredentialExpireChange [felhasználói adat módosítása érvényességi idő lejárta miatt]. The reason for the translation is to help the program designers in naming the storage file and linking the prompt to it. It would be very impractical to name the storage file exactly the same as the command prompt, because the probability of system error due to improper data entry would exponentially increase. The translation of the command prompt will help the system administrator to create a (generally shorter) file name in the target language. |
