Szeretném segítségüket kérni a vest igével kapcsolatban. Az ige a következő mondatokban hogyan fordítandó?

(1) Szenvedő szerkezetben:

The Liquidator is vested with title to all property, assets, contracts and rights

(2) Aktív szemléletben:

whereupon title shall vest with the purchaser.

(3) okirattal kapcsolatban:

the agreement operated automatically to vest title to those mineral interests with the surface owners.

Kérdésem, hogy ezekben az esetekben a vest ige pontosan mit jelent az angol-amerikai jog szerint. Ha eltérőek a jelentések, akkor mikor mit jelent?

A Garner's Dictionary of legal usage c. könyben ezt írják a vest ige jelentéséről:

"to confer owneship of property to a person"
"to invest a person with full title of property"
"to give a person an immediate, fixed present or future right of enjoyment"

Valóban lehet olyan "átruház" "ráruház" értelmű jelentése is, azonban az idézett esetekben inkább az "illet", "megillet", "átszáll" értelemben fordítanám. Különösen a "The Liquidator is vested with title to all property, assets, contracts and rights" példamondatban.
