Izzós koromban igy hivták ezeket - ez rég volt, de talán most is igaz. Vállalaton kivül közmüvek lennének, de a vállalaton belül nem a közmű szolgáltat. Kis vállalatnál ez persze másképpen van, de a kifejezés itt is használható, noha ekkor a közmű is megfelelhet.
