A standstill "alapot" jelent, gondolom, ez egy egyszerű jelzős kapcsolat.

Illetve még egy dolog: fuvarozásnál jelentheti a leállásból (nyilván az áru elakadásából, forgalmi akadályból) származó károkra vonatkozó biztosítást.

Bár a magyar biztosítóknál csak "szállítmánybiztosításra" kínálnak opciókat. Lehet, hogy ez a legjobb megoldás, mert minden káreseményre vonatkozik a berakodástól a leszállításig.

  -> Igaz. Duplafenekű tévedés. Az "alap" csak az adott (német) cég alapcsomagjára vonatkozott. A többit fent leírtam.
