staf dosen tetap dan tidak tetap/luar biasa Explanation: Saya rasa perlu juga ditambah kata "staf" di depan karena "faculty" di sini berarti sekelompok tenaga pengajar di universitas, sekolah, dsb. tenured dan tenure track faculty Explanation: Menurut saya tidak perlu diterjemahkan untuk tenure track faculty atau tenured, tenure track faculty adalah jenjang karier seorang calon profesor penuh, dimulai dari asisten profesor kemudian associate profesor (setelah 6 tahun pengabdian), dan full profesor 10 tahun berikutnya di universitas yang berbasis penelitian. Disini profesor disamping membimbing mahasiswa juga menulis paper, jurnal, dan buku. Istilah ini dikenal di Universitas di Amerika Serikat dan Kanada. Posisi sebagai asisten profesor merupakan posisi yang rawan karena setelah 6 tahun dilakukan evaluasi, dengan kemungkinan lanjut sebagai associate professor atau diberhentikan.
