dasar belum diproses Explanation: “as received basis” is a term which is applied to coal and other products such as oil-producing plants. Different types of coal contain different types of moisture, ash and minerals which affect the amount of heat they produce when they are burned. Usually coal is processed before it is burned and the pre-processed state is known as the “as-received basis”.
