berhak mengajukan gugatan atas nama klien kami Explanation: Menurut saya, kalimatnya tidak bisa dipenggal seperti dalam pertanyaan Bapak karena "somebody reserves the right to do something". "reserve the right of our client to file a legal action" akan jadi kalimat yang lebih logis untuk ditanyakan. Dalam hukum, "to reserve the right to do something indicates that you consider that you have the right to do something and intend to use that right in the future" (Dictionary of Law by P.H. Collin). |
