Ciao Francesca,

Probabilmente ci sono migliori modi di esprimerlo ma provo a spiegare come lo intendo. Dal contesto potrai confermare se ha senso. Per il calcolo della percentuale non si parte dalla data di inizio della promozione ma gli acquisti effettuati fino a 15 mesi prima rientrano nella computazione. Il periodo considerato per la stessa è però di 12 mesi. Con una formula di questo genere si privilegiano i clienti di lunga data. Per esempio se sono cliente da 20 anni, aderendo alla promozione, ho gia guadagnato un periodo di dodici mesi e mi rimangono 3 mesi da includere nel prossimo periodo di 12 mesi.
