Costo incrementale Explanation: in questo caso credo si intenda "switch" come "interruttore", (es. "switch on/off"), dunque i costi che sorgono nel caso in cui si acquisisca e si metta in produzione l'ordine e direttamente imputabili ad esso; NON quindi "switch" come "spostarsi, cambiare, variare" (es. "switch from Vodafone to TIM"); dunque ritengo si traduca più correttamente come "costi incrementali", o "costi marginali" o "costi sorgenti", tutti e tre usati nel linguaggio contabile.
