Hi, I cannot find anywhere the meaning of MOP.
it is in a slide where it explains the ratios and performance improvement.
It goes like this:

Asker: Ciao. Volevo spiegare il mio non dare punteggio. Il MOP in questione abbiamo poi scoperto non si riferiva al Measure Of Performance ma ad una sigla interna che loro avevano adottato. Grzie comunque per l'aiuto.
