Approval is hereby given for contracting with a company specializing in crustacean fishing (red prawn)
Therefore, there is no impediment to contracting with two (2) ships specializing in this activity subject to compliance with all requirements stipulated by Law No. 9-2010 on Investment, for the purpose of implementing local projects at the General Authority for Investment, and compliance with Law No. 14-89 regulating the exploitation of marine wealth, as well as all laws regulating fishing activities in national and international territorial waters.
