Normalmente l'espressione si usa in senso figurativo (piattaforma aziendale), ma qui invece e' usata in senso proprio (deck = terrazza, balcone in inglese americano). Nel link qui sotto invece si trova una foto di un "corporate deck" che dovrebbe piu' o meno corrispondere a quello descritto nel testo.
