Direi "prof. di didattica, gestione e politica dell'istruzione universitaria".

Nei dipart. italiani di scienze dell'educazione si parla di 'didattica universitaria' che in questo caso è restrittivo. Non sono riuscita a trovare una figura simile per le università italiane.

Il Committee lo chiamerei "Commissione per gli studi universitari/l'istruzione universitaria"
