inventariabile/soggetto a controllo/ soggetto a inventario
Explanation:
Piu' o meno l'idea e' questa... vi sono delle quantita' e/o dei tipi di materiale radioattivo soggetti a controllo/ inventario ecc., e ve ne sono altri che sfuggono a tali controlli o normative. Segue contesto:

<<Several recent LLNL incidents have occurred where incoming shipments of radioactive material were incorrectly sent directly to a Laboratory's requester's facility instead of first being sent to the Materials Management Section (MMS) as required by LLNL policies and procedures for receiving radioactive material.

These legal shipments of non-accountable quantities of radioactive material did not require DOT radioactive labeling on the outside of the packaging. Without adequate shipping instructions provided by the Laboratory requester to the shipper of the material, LLNL receiving personnel are not alerted of the proper delivery instructions for these types of materials. These small quantities of radioactive materials must be addressed to the Laboratory authorized address provided below.

It is important that hazardous materials not be received at, or distributed to, LLNL facilities without properly alerting the individuals to the hazards and risks of the materials.

Accountable quantities of radioactive materials require authorization by MMS prior to shipment to LLNL, and have very specific shipping instructions that must be adhered to by the shipping organization, and are not within the general scope of this Lessons Learned.>>
