  -> Grazie mille e Ciao Sandra. Avevo pensato anch'io a "deemed" inizialmente, ma poi l'ho scartato perché non solo sarebbe un po' forzato nella frase, mentre "defined" ci va a pennello, ma anche perché "defined" qui è più plausibile come errore di scansione.
