It is described as rosy in colour, henseforth the term blush. The additive is a wax base that precipitates or migrates as the epoxy cures. The wax is used to allow the epoxy to avoid water vapor absorption. If the epoxy absorbs water it can't fully harden. The amine or waxy element ends up as a surface glaze. It can be easily removed by scubbing or use of a de-waxer. Check with the FGD folkes, they are the materials provider and are the most familiar with the charactoristics of the products they supply. They as a supplier will be very happy to guide you in a choice of product that suits your purpose. Never neglect going to the source. I do even if I feel it is with a fairly dumb question. Good Luck. Durante l'essiccazione della Epiglass, come avviene per altre resine epossidiche, può succedere che la trasudazione delle ammine provochi una catalisi difforme e possibile distacco delle vernici applicate successivamente. Questa trasudazione deve essere rimossa per assicurare una catalisi adeguata ed una buona adesione. Dopo l'applicazione di Epiglass, seguendo le indicazioni nella Guida alle Resine Epossidiche Epiglass, lasciate asciugare per un minimo di 3-5 giorni. Pulire l'epossidica Epiglass con uno spazzolone ed il detergente Yachtline Super Cleaner e quindi risciacquare con acqua dolce per rimuovere eventuali residue tracce di sapone (una carteggiatura da sola non rimuoverà la contaminazione superficiale).
