If the machine is moved from a cold to a warm place, condensation may form inside it.
After moving the machine, do not use it for at least three hours.
The machine requires this time to adapt to its new environment".

Explanation:
la decalcomania in italiano è SOLTANTO la figurina su plastica gommata trasparente che si rimuove dal supporto sottostante o lasciandola nel'acqua (vecchio metodo di quando ero piccola io, .... anta anni fa) oppure oggigiorno strofinando tipo tatuaggio temporaneo (una specie di trasferello, altra parola di moda negli anni "anta").

In questo caso quindi mi pare più genericamente corretto parlare di adesivo, sticker, oppure semplicemente "le note riportate su" senza specificare il supporto.
